 Bringing franchisees together with one common voice and develop a unique way to build a deeper relationship with other franchisees and a strong community that will grow leadership abilities to help shape the future with Fairness and equality in Franchising
 Our aim is to work together with Franchisees as a team, adding practical value to all franchisees, as we remain moving towards our common goal of achieving value and fairness in Franchising. To develop negotiating leverage by building strong independent franchisee associations

Action
 Will work with Franchisees and Franchisor to attempt to reach a favorable outcome for all parties. We represent our franchisees members by applying shared authority in matters of mutual concern and by advocating helpful regulation and procedures in providing all support possible to all franchisees.

Education
 Works to provide education to the Franchisees about the signed Franchise Agreement, Policies and Procedures, and relevant laws that govern the Franchisees support .We offer ongoing support and professional growth opportunities, information exchanges, and reviews actions to meet the constant needs of franchisees members.

Confidentiality
 Resolve to keep all matters and discussions as confidential as possible and only shares information on a need to know basis.
 Franchisee voices highly maintains nondisclosure of member lists or franchisee’s information.
 We strongly respect our members’ privacy and wishes, and we inform to all franchisees in advance to make sure that before they share their experiences, they understand that it is completely voluntary to participate.

Integrity
 We advocate and sustain high standards of service and integrity as well as principles of professional accountability through promoting best practices in franchising and drive the franchising market to exemplary franchisors with best practices.
